At Reachrapic, we are committed to providing fast, reliable shipping to ensure your products arrive safely and promptly. Below is our Shipping Policy that outlines how we process and ship orders.
1. Shipping Locations
We currently ship to the United States and select international destinations. If we do not currently ship to your location, please contact us, and we may be able to accommodate your request.
2. Shipping Methods and Delivery Times
Standard Shipping:
- Delivery time: 5-7 business days.
- Available for most locations.
Expedited Shipping:
- Delivery time: 2-3 business days.
- Available for most locations at an additional cost.
Next-Day Shipping:
- Delivery time: 1 business day.
- Available for most locations at an additional cost.
Delivery times are estimates and may vary depending on your location and the shipping carrier.
3. Shipping Costs
Shipping costs are calculated based on the weight and size of the products you order, as well as your shipping destination. You will be provided with the shipping cost at checkout before completing your purchase.
Free Shipping: We offer free standard shipping on orders over $50 within the continental United States.
4. Order Processing
- Order Confirmation: After placing your order, you will receive an email confirmation with your order details.
- Processing Time: Orders typically take 1-2 business days to be processed before being shipped. We process orders Monday through Friday, excluding holidays.
If you place an order on a weekend or holiday, it will be processed the next business day.

Once your order has shipped, you will receive a tracking number via email. You can use this number to track the status of your shipment directly through the carrier’s website.
6. Shipping Issues
Delayed Shipments: Occasionally, shipments may be delayed due to weather conditions, holidays, or other unforeseen events. While we strive to provide accurate delivery estimates, Reachrapic is not responsible for delays caused by shipping carriers.
Missing or Lost Packages: If your package is missing or lost, please contact us immediately. We will work with the carrier to resolve the issue, but we are not responsible for lost or stolen items once the package is confirmed as delivered.
7. Address Accuracy
Please ensure that the shipping address you provide is accurate and complete. Reachrapic is not responsible for orders that are undeliverable due to incorrect or incomplete address information. If an order is returned due to address issues, the customer is responsible for any additional shipping costs.
8. International Shipping
We offer international shipping to select countries. International orders may be subject to customs duties, taxes, or fees imposed by the destination country. These additional charges are the responsibility of the customer.
