1. Return Eligibility
To be eligible for a return:
- The product must be in new, unused, and resalable condition.
- The product must be returned within 30 days from the date of purchase.
- The product must be in its original packaging with all accessories, manuals, and documentation included.
Non-returnable items:
- Products marked as final sale or clearance.
- Personalized or custom-made items.
- Gift cards.

- Shipping Method: We recommend using a trackable shipping service for returns. Reachrapic cannot be held responsible for lost or undelivered return shipments.

4. Refund Process
Once we receive and inspect the returned product:
